错误信息是Numpy版本不对，1.24版本的numpy里面没有np.int

但是全新解压安装的ice不应该出现这个问题

贴一下你ice目录下\_internal\python-3.8.5\Lib\site-packages\numpy里的version.py

当然，这个报错完全没见过，更大概率还是你系统的问题
